Ya'll, A friend gave us the name of a mortgage broker in our small town and he said that she was exceptional; very experienced, very honest, and very willing and able to guide us to the best deal possible. Having read the horror stories about the mortgage industry, we were thrilled to have the name of somebody we could trust. Her name is Marsha Deane and she lives in Quincy, Florida, as I do. I called her, explained about Bill retiring and what we wanted to do. She took some information over the phone, we chatted awhile, and she had an approval for us in two days! She was able to explain some things that I had grossly misunderstood about refinancing, and was able to get us a very competitive rate even though the market has been edging up. She has, oddly enough, become a friend I am planning to keep! We're closing on our new mortgage on Tuesday night, just a few weeks after I initially contacted her. What I wanted to share is that she is licensed to work in nearly the entire US, and so if anyone is considering financing or refinancing a home, please think about contacting her. She made the entire process easy, and more importantly to me, safe. You might not run into her at the grocery store, but I will. She is honest, and has the banking experience of New York City and Charlotte, North Carolina to back her up. So, long story short, Marsha is somebody you want to know if you are in need of accurate, safe, competitive mortgage information here in Florida or anywhere else in America. Marsha Deane If
